If you have decided to cancel your subscription, order, event booking or you would like to re-schedule your event booking, please call 1300 134 986.

 

Events

 

All event cancellations must be made 7-days prior to the event date. A $5 administration charge per person will apply.
Any cancellation within a 7-day period to 48 hours of the scheduled event date, is subject to a $15 cancellation fee per person.

 

No refund will be issued with any cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled event date.

You may re-schedule based on availability, minimum 48-hours notice is required.

No refund will be issued if you cancel a re-scheduled event.
