Melbourne’s Café Culture Trek
On 10 August, Maria Paoli from Evolving Success will host Melbourne's Café Culture Trek. The tour will explore Melbourne's evolving café culture, allowing guests to enjoy some of Melbourne's best brews, while supporting cafés in raising money and awareness for the homeless.
Maria Paoli is a highly regarded coffee expert. She organised the 2006 Barista Competition for Victoria, and has been an international coffee judge, trainer/consultant and coffee connoisseur. Her business, Evolving Success, has been running Melbourne's Café Culture Trek for the past seven years.
The tour is held in support of CafeSmart, an initiative developed to bring coffee makers and coffee drinkers together to help raise funds for small grassroots services helping people who are homeless. As part of this cause, cafés will donate $1 from every coffee sold on 10 August.
